S.Z and his family lived in this grand home west of downtown with a fabulous view of what is now the Union Station area and Penn Valley Park. The home went through decades of dereliction and decay, but has now been restored to its grandeur by the current residents. S.Z. and Louise also owned the impressive farm house (shown below the home) and 800+ acres at what is now 63th and Mission Road on the southeast corner.
